The terms and conditions set out below apply to the use of the Scentsual Aromatherapy website. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or have access to this website.
Ordering Online The most convenient way to place an order is online. Simply add each product to your shopping basket by selecting 'Add to Cart'. When you have completed your shopping, select 'View Cart' and 'Pay Now' where you will be transferred to the checkout section to enter your delivery and payment information. If you prefer, you can also place an order by email. Tell us which products you require, your payment method and delivery information.
Postage & Packing Delivery charges are currently £1.50 per order rising to £2.50 for Europe and USA. If orders are over £30, delivery is FREE. Goods will be dispatched on clearance of payment but please allow upto 5 working days for delivery, 10 at busier times (ie. at Christmas). Please ensure that a complete delivery address including postcode/zip code is given upon ordering. If an order is required urgently please let us know. We will try our best to meet your requirements.
Stock Items If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact the buyer as soon as possible with an expected delivery date. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, a full refund including postage will be given.
Payment Payment of the price of the order must be received by Scentsual and cleared before goods are dispatched. Payment can be made via credit/debit card though Paypal. If ordering by email, cheque payments and credit/debit card will be accepted. Please make cheques payable to T. Simons and send to Scentsual Aromatherapy, 66 Willersey Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 0AY. Credit/debit card details are transferred to Paypal. we do NOT hold any credit/debit card information on our system.
Refunds & Returns If you wish to return goods, please email us at scentaroma@hotmail.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt. We will contact you within 1 working day to advise arrangements for return. We will only accept unopened goods with a copy of the invoice.
In the event that your order is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will give a full refund (including postage) or replacement, provided that we are informed within 3 working days of receipt of these goods.
We do not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We would advise that returns are sent 'insured registered delivery' and that you retain the receipt.
Customer Service We take pride in our standard of customer service. If however, you need to make a complaint, then please contact us either by phone or email. We will normally acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and we will endeavour to follow the complaint through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Suitability of Product Our goods are used for a variety of purposes. Please satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the goods before purchase. All terms, conditions and guarantees relating to fitness for purpose are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scentsual Aromatherapy accepts no liability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
